our 1:1 coaching is inclusive, intentional, and empowering.
Consistency and connection are key ingredients in personal and professional growth, so there is a 3-session minimum to start with coaching. We've found that anything less will not set you up for long-term success, but the overall amount of sessions will depend on your needs, the topic, and the coach. If you're looking for some quick guidance on a specific issue, we also offer 1-hour consulting with select coaches.

Coaching starts with a 3-session minimum and is designed to empower you to problem solve or address a particular topic. Consultations provide solutions and can be booked in 1-hour increments.
Quick example:
A corporate leader would book a minimum of 3 Allyship coaching sessions to become an inclusive leader and drive change at an organizational level, but they would book a 1-hour DEI consult if they have a specific issue regarding inclusivity and allyship they need help with.
Coaching is a goal-oriented service that helps individuals or teams create measurable growth and problem solving plans on the topic they've chosen, whereas trainings are more education oriented and designed to help individuals learn about the topic.
Think of it this way, trainings lay the foundation for coaching to build upon.
