CONFIDENTIALITY DISCLOSURE

While the Empathy Paradigm provides mental health education services, We are not a healthcare company and are not legally bound by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, Empathy Paradigm will not share Your Protected Health Information or Electronic Personal Health Information obtained through the provision of Services without Your consent.


PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the  Service, and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects  You.

Empathy Paradigm may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
